The course Graduate Diploma Of Management (Learning) gives a deeper insight to candidates who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Candidates are in a capacity to generate and evaluate complex ideas. The candidate will be able to initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation. Overall outcome is to accomplish responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others.
This course is more applicable to leaders and managers in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability. On the job front this course is more suitable for RTO Manager and RTO Director.

Assessments may include written questions, demonstration of tasks/techniques, group activities, in class activities, role play, presentation, work based project, research projects, and workplace observations/evidences.
A candidate is only entitled for the Certificate, once they have successfully completed all units of the course – BSB80120 – GRADUATE DIPLOMA OF MANAGEMENT (LEARNING).
On the other hand, candidates who have done a partial completion of the course will receive a Statement of Attainment, for the units they are deemed competent.
On completion of this course the candidate is opened to opportunities to seek employment such as: –
RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING / CREDIT TRANSFER
ISMT College will accept and recognise the qualifications and statements of attainment awarded by any other registered training organisation unless precluded by licensing requirements. We can also grant you credit transfer for subjects or units you have completed where equivalence can be established between the unit in your course, and the subject or unit you have completed.
Recognition of prior learning (RPL) is a process where skills and knowledge that you have gained through work and life experience and other recognised or unrecognised training can be formally recognised.
During the entry process and interview stage ISMT College will discuss with you the process and options for RPL. Suitability is often determined on how much experience you have in a certain area, your work history and previous training. If RPL is determined as a possibility for you, you will be provided with a kit that will guide you in working through each unit to determine relevant skills and experience and identify whether you would be able to provide the required evidence.
UNIQUE STUDENT IDENTIFIER (USI) REQUIREMENT
It has been made mandatory for all students studying VET coursed in Australia to use a USI.
The USI is available online & free of cost to the student. The USI will stay with the student for life and be recorded with any nationally recognised VET course that is completed.
